Demonstration of a custom scroll

• scrollbars get bigger on hover
• drag&drop implemented
• using mousewheel scrolls the y-scrollbar
• holding shift while using mousewheel scrolls the x-scrollbar
• clicking anywhere on the scrollbar (not the thumb) will move thumb closer to that point
